This is what happened:
So Principle Krupp was hypnotised from George and Harold and they both were worried because Krupp ran away and went to fight crime.
They saw him catching robbers and they chased after him. The police arrested Captain Underpants because they didn't know him. But lucky George safes the day. He was riding his skateboard, but THEN CRASH, BAM are car came running and crashed Captain Underpants and Captain Underpants went flying into the air and broke a building. Well well well what have we got here said a little voice from in side the two robots were standing guard.
