This is what happen so there was someone called Dog man he was half man and half dog he worked for the police he was like the best cop ever he caught a lot of bad guys and solved crimes. He was famous for capturing a great villain, he was on the news paper. Until a criminal birthday in jail he had balloons he gave it to the great villain and he was so light that the balloons made him fly into the sky and escape.
